NEW BILL DESIGN COMING IN DECEMBER
No new charges! No increase in rates! Just easier to read on the front and more details on the back. It used to be that our members just wanted to know how much they owe. Now, our members want to know exactly what they're paying for. We'll be accomodating those requests starting with the bill you will see at the end of December. Also, if you have multiple meters, they will all be on one bill starting in December.

SmartHub is your new gateway to paying your bill, managing your electric use and your account. Use SmartHub on our website, digital devices, and with the SmartHub App.
CREDIT CARD & E-CHECK PAYMENT-ONLY PHONE #.
ALL credit card and E-check payments by phone will be handled by our new 1-844-REMCPAY (844-736-2729) payment-only phone number. We are required by the credit card companies to take payments this way to deter identity theft and fraud. You can also pay by card and check on SmartHub web, mobile, App and at our office.

If any of our members would like to sign-up for E-bill paperless billing, you can do so in SmartHub web on the 'Profile' page. You are not able to sign-up for E-bill on the App, only on the web.
